To be eligible for a return:

The dress must be unworn and in its original condition
You must ship the dress back to us within 3 days of receiving it
Return shipping cost is covered by the buyer

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within [X] business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please place a new order.
Made-to-measure order
Made-to-measure dresses are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
